Gemma joined the trust as HR Business Partner, following 12 years at Thriftwood College, where she progressed through a range of administrative roles. During this time, she gained extensive experience across school operations, including maintaining the Single Central Record (SCR), leading HR recruitment processes, working as PA to the Headteacher, and financial administration. Before joining the education sector, she spent 14 years in banking, including time in managerial roles and working within a fraud team. She brings a practical, approachable style and a solid foundation in both people support and day-to-day operations.
