Adam joined SEAX Trust in April 2026 as Director of IT & Digital Transformation, leading the strategic development and delivery of technology services across the Trust's family of specialist schools.

With extensive experience in IT leadership, digital transformation, cybersecurity and Microsoft technologies, Adam works closely with school leaders and Trust colleagues to ensure technology enables outstanding educational outcomes, operational efficiency and secure digital environments. He leads the Trust's digital strategy, overseeing technology infrastructure, cyber security, cloud services and innovation programmes that support the needs of both staff and pupils.

Passionate about the use of technology to improve opportunities for children and young people with additional needs, Adam focuses on delivering reliable, inclusive and future-ready digital solutions. He is committed to ensuring technology is not only secure and effective, but also a powerful enabler of learning, collaboration and positive outcomes for the whole school community.
